By using the services of Oakmill Equine Rehabilitation Sussex, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services
We provide equine rehabilitation, backing, behavioural training, and horsemanship services. All services are subject to availability and assessment of the horse’s needs.

Bookings & Payments
Bookings must be made in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your place. Full payment terms will be confirmed during booking. Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice—late cancellations may incur a fee.

Horse Welfare
We prioritise horse welfare at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or end services if we believe the welfare of the horse or staff may be compromised.

Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of horses and people, Oakmill Equine Rehabilitation Sussex accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

Visiting the Yard
Visits are welcome by prior arrangement. Visitors must follow all safety instructions while on-site.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
